Temple is small in size. In rainy season, poojari used to go in boat and performes
poojas.
Annual festival is celebrated for 10 days from Dhanu 1st onwards.
It is belived that by praying here, devotees can get rid of deceases. Panapaayasam
and lamping are main offerings
