At the time of Makiyiram month in malyalam calendar, eakadasy is celebrated in grand manner. Sre Rama Navami and Navarathri also celebrated.


Kadavallur "ANYONYAM" is famous and lots of devotees comes for this occassion.

Mugham Chaarthu & Appam offering is special here. Avil Naivedyam for Lord Hanuman is important.

Description:

Counted as one of the 6 sree rama temples in kerala. Khadolgaja, son of bhima found this idol and it was worshipped by vibheshnan during war of Sree rama and Ravana. Thiruvanadu, Thiruviluamala, Triprayar, Ramapuram & Velinellur are the other equally important sree rama temples.

It is believed that swami resides in this temple as sad in the morning because of missing Seetha Devi, angry in the noon because of the negative approch of Varuna in the time of Sethu Bhandan and in the evening as a Royal look as after the Pattabhishekam.

Ganapathy, Sangalppa Sivan, Ayyappan are the sub deities here.
