Description:
The presiding deity is Seetha, consort
of Lord Sreerama. You can see Lavan, Kushan, Thalachiluan,
Ayyappan, Vettakaran,
Ganapathy,
Subramanian
and Nagas as sub deities. Lavan and Kushan are seated in same Sanctum
Sanctorum. Thalachiluan faces Lavan and Kushan in a opposite
temple.
This considered as most important temple for Seetha devi. Since
its very rare to see Seetha devi's temple in kerala, more important
goes to this deity. Special offerings are also made to Lavan
and Kushan.
