Description:

This temple is closely related to tamil hymns "Tiruvaimozhi" of Nammalwar. It is believed that one of the 12 alwars created this temple. The name Tirumoozhikalam is derived from the words 'tiru mozhi kalam. ' The presiding deity is Lakshmana, brother of lord Sreerama
